what do u guys think? is it possible? I mean, each card does have 2 outputs. that would kick ass....

think of the possiblities...

watch 4 different pornos at the same time

The way I understand it, it is possible but you have to disable SLI mode to use it. And every time you change SLI mode you have to reboot which could be a pain in the ass.

I would imagine that in SLI mode the second card is fully dedicated to processing what the first card tells it to, master and slave, thus it won't output anything. For 4 monitors you would need to run two off of the SLI combo's lead card and then two off of another PCI video card that has dual monitor support (the way its usually done right now).

I believe it should simply be a matter of removing the interface connector. In theory if the cards are unable to use the link, then the system will view the cards as separate and you should be able to use nView to support the four outputs.

4 monitors...? Shure you could do that, but I beleive that you would have to disable
SLI for that and then go re-enable SLI for gaming. We already have duel screen monitor
support on one card, and multi monitor support with AGP with a PCI nvidia graphic card.
