Reading the forums over at Guru3d, these seem to be more bad than good.

Just looked through the 3 pages of feedback and this driver's feedback doesn't seem to be any worse or better than usual. Some say they're just swell, while others say this or that doesn't work. So far so good for me and AA works just fine.

They FINALLY fixed the boot-up bug where it would, on boot, swap your rez to something lower than what it should be (and than it was last set to) for no discernible reason. For me, this meant that it swapped my primary display from 1920x1200 to 1600x1200 and I needed to manually swap it and then move everything around again into its proper position since it all got displaced (at least Fences keeps my desktop icons in order but im apps and get got tossed all over). Now it boots at 1920x1200.

Haven't tried any games yet and am just about to check out the new power management features, but already these beta drivers are on my good side.

DL'ing now -will update with results...

But holy cow, I bet before mid- '10 we'll have 200mb driver packs. These things just keep getting bigger and bigger.

Well because Nvidia thinks they know more about what you want installed on your computer than you do. They give you PhysX and now lately have been giving that Nvidia 3d vision, or whatever it is, driver out with normal driver updates. I don't want that shit on my system (the 3d driver). The last install package I put on showed some 100MB 3d vision crap installed without me even knowing it. It's not even about the disk space that seems endless, it's about them installing crap that I don't know about. I shouldn't have to go to add/remove after every install to take off the crap I don't want.

On a side note, the power manager option looks interesting.
