No PBO option in BIOS of Gigabyte Aorus X399 Gaming 7

Hi, I recently acquired this MB with a TR 1950X processor and went through the bios, but did not see an option to turn on PBO. I know this is an older board, but googling the issue, others seem to have the option, but I’m just not seeing it anywhere, I’m running the most recent bios. Any ideas?

do they even have pbo? i know they are unlocked but not finding anywhere that says they have it...
could try ryzen master.
