new epox ep-8krai mother board
amd xp 2500+
2 x 1gbddr pc3200 gskill ram
agp 8x nvidia graphics
80gid WD HDD
antec 350 watt power supply

Mounted the mother board to the antec case, seated the processor with heat shink, installed the ram, hooked up the graphics card, hard drive, dvd drive, hooked up the power switch, and proceeded to start it up. Blank screen, checked everything, restarted, nothing, reset the cmos, restarted nothing, reseated the mobo, still nothing, tried an old ati radeon 8900 pci graphic, still nothing

Wondering if its the motherboard; cpu; or graphics card(s)
-the bios arent splashing with or without cpu in and ram moved around, everything disconnected or connected

any ideas? if the cpu's fried, shouldn't the boot splash still appear?

Do you get any POST beeps?

Are the fans spinning? Can you hear the hard drives spin up?

nope. try it outside of the case on top of the mobo box (not on top of the anti-static bag) with just the mobo/cpu/ram/vidcard/psu hooked up -- just to get it to POST. do you have another psu you can try?

i would try to switch the ram locations IE If you have have them in one color then move them to the other. Try reseating everything. make sure all your cables are pushed in all the way, sometimes they fell like they are but they need a little extra push.

Maybe even reseat the cpu... it's not uncommon to accidently bend a pin or two when putting it in.

But yeah, try the RAM and graphics card first. No luck? Try reseating the CPU.
