Not sure on quality but this psu is 30w higher and is also modular which is a def plus.
Modular cabling is a nice feature, but OCZ has their reputation of producing shoddy power supplies. I don't know any specifics about this model, but the Newegg reviews are a bit discouraging.
The Antec Neo Eco is made by Seasonic and occasionally goes on sale for really cheap.

The ZT line has an issue with the fan controller. It will make the fan run at max RPM's till you shut down the PC and start it again after playing anything that puts the system to use.
They do RMA them for this issue and turn around isn't horrible. I had to RMA my ZT750 for this which took like 3 weeks to get one back. Luckily they paid for shipping or I'd have been a little peeved at the time.
