New OCZ memory pc3700 A64 Help

I bought pc3700 gold revision 3 512x2, and I wanted help with my bios on my asus k8v se deluxe and A64, I'm not to intested in what each of them stands for I'm Just curious what To change to make it faster please tell me what to do for each with that memory : ), cuz i have no idea what theese stand for! TY, Is lower Better?

1T will give better performance clock for clock, but will also hinder double-sided modules from clocking at higher frequencies. Read the faq, noob.
