New Modem\Router 4 port help

using comcast\xfinity and my zoom modem\router 4 port i think is dying. Im getting cl_flush entity packet loss messages in games again DOH!


this is what i have Zoom Telephonics - N300 Cable Modem/Router

looking for something new and under 150 bucks 100-120 i guess is ok

Well said. It is better to have a separate modem and router. It is easier to troubleshoot and isolate potential problems and you can use better equipment for your lan such as better wireless connectivity and routing capabilities. Plus in the long run should the modem or router fail, you can just replace that device without having to spend extra on a combo device that may not fit your needs.
