Going to be available globally next month, so far it looks great! I wonder if it will be glossy or matte?

I dont see this being 120hz. Probably 60hz split. I would like to stand corrected though, a 1mm bezel is amazing if you think about Eyefinity in portrait mode. The biggest reason I havent pulled the trigger on an Eyefinity set up is because all the nice monitors have a friggin half inch of bezel between the displays. The reason I think its not 120hz is because it is still IPS after all, but man would it be sweet.

yea! even if this isnt true 120hz, the slim bezel should be great with the IPS combo. Somthing to keep our eye on when it comes out next month. I hope its glossy (gorilla glass preferred) but we should get pics next week at ces for this.

If it does turn out to be 120hz, vesa mounts please.

If not, meh.

this is not 120hz
and lg doesn't even produce active 3d monitors anymore

So this will be 60hz IPS? Still, I dont think there is any slim bezel IPS monitors at this size to my knowledge. What is make or break it for me is if it matte or not as IPS matte screens are not my thing :/

Yup, LG is now making Passive 3D displays, which are pasically a polarizer and polarized glasses (in a sense). It simply renders the 3D image at a lower resolution.

120hz or above is only required by active 3D using shutter glasses, which is not LGs thing. This definetly uses polarised passive 3D.
