New build issue

Specs : AMD Phenom II x6 1090T
Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3
Nvidia Quadro FX 3800
Cooler Master 700w PSU...
G.Skill DDR3 1333 2048 x 2


This is a double system build and getting the same issue.

All connected (I think ) but when powering on it only powers up fans. No post anything. I'm sure it's something small but driving me crazy.

Try running it outside the case, if it works, then its a spacers/ground issue.

Also, when installing the memory, it appears the first pair of RAM should go in the two slots closest to the CPU socket ("DDR3_1" and "DDR3_2")

Well got the first one up and running, was just a simple connection issue. The other just won't power up and when it does it's like a stuttering power the whole time. Hooked up the PSU tester and getting nothing so thinking the 2nd has a bad PSU but got the first installing Win7 atm next to me
