need some suggestions

I am planning to get a Shuttle AN35N-Ultra mobo coupled with a mobile 2500+ processor. Do any of you guys have this setup and what do u think about it. I will be doing minor ocing and i also need to know if this is a stable and durable board because i usually have my comp on for 12+ hours a day watching tv on it and etc. And also will i have to mod anything to get the mobile 2500+ to work on the AN35N board? Or can i just basically plug it in and play? thanks
P.S. im on a budget so the most im planning to spend on a mobo is like 80 bucks
 
That cpu and mobo will work right out of the box...well maybe some manual bios settings are needed but heck i would recommend that for a diy anyway. No physical modifications are needed whatsoever.

The board is reported to be very stable, great for moderate overclocking, and highly recommended when the word "budget" is mentioned.
