Not sure if this is the correct forum if not let me know and I will repost to the correct one.
I have a system problem, and am trying to figure out if it is the motherboard or power supply. Bascily the system powers up hard drives, cdrom, floppy all spin up, video card and cpu fans all come power up. The system fails to post issues no beep codes, and after about 30 seconds, cd-rom active light comes on like it is starting up for the first time, but there is no sign of a reboot.
So far, I have removed the memory and reseated one module in each of the sockets ( i tried it with both memory modules) and got the same effect. I then removed the board and power supply from the case and hooked up the video card, one memory module, keyboard and mouse to see if I could get a post screen and again no luck. I am not sure were to go from here and don't want to just pick a part to replace any suggestions (system specs listed below).
