Need gaming laptop recommendations

I am a desktop guy and am not an expert on laptops. I am trying to find a gaming laptop for a friend of mine that wants to play Baldur's Gate 3. He is extremely CHEAP! I am trying to get him a great deal. Here are the specs for Baldur's Gate 3:

A 4050 is really weak. Would be a shame to spend a grand and end up with so low game performance.
