Need a suggestion from people who know about RAM specs!

Got a couple links below; which one is best for a A64 rig?

The top link is PC3200 but "xtra low latency", the bottom is PC4000 but not low latency
(Cas Latency: 3-4-4-8 1T)

What, oh what, shall I do?

I'd go with the top...the PC3200. AMD rigs love low timings.

I would take the XL as well or some mushkin 2-2-2...or actually I would wait till the new mushkin lvl2 2-2-2- and OCZ pc3200 2-2-2 come out because they all use the same chips as the XL. Then you can see which companies runs the best and buy that.
