Hey guys,
Won an AMD A8 660K Black and decided to throw a PC together for my sister real quick for a Christmas gift with a spare monitor and hard drive that I have laying around as well.
So I'm looking for a solid mother board for this thing. I know absolutely nothing about AMD any more and just poking around for a few minutes proved to be a pita. Was hoping someone well versed would take some pity on me toss a couple model numbers up that they have some confidence in.
The PC really won't be used for much more than the web and email etc. She does everything she needs on her phone but complains sometimes having to write long emails on the phone. Budget is $75-$150. Really whatever it takes but obviously she doesn't need much.
I'll figure out the RAM and PSU once the board is selected. Thanks for any advice.
