MSI K7N2 Integrated Audio vs. Sound Blaster Live Value

That depends on whether or not the board has soundstorm- if it does, it's better than the Live!, if not, mostly about the same (both approximations of sh!t).
 
The Live is going to give you faster performance in games as it will give hardware acceleration to sounds, and also might give you better sound depending on whether you are playing 44.1khz or 48khz music.

So basically, a Live should give you less CPU usage than your onboard sound.
Whether it sounds better or not, is really very subjective to the listener, and I recommend you just try both out yourself.

If you already have a Live, throw them both in and check which one you prefer. Don't bother buying a live though.
 
Soundstorm (if present) has been shown to have lower CPU usage than both the Live and Audigy1 cards. The live may sound marginally better, and that really just depends on the quality of the implementation of the onboard sound.
