motherboard temperature monitor?

is there a program out there that lets me monitor my motherboard temps?
 
I do have speedfan but I'm unsure of what the 3 different readings actually are so can someone tell me what they are.
 
It depends on your board as to what the temp sensors are reading.

The easiest way to identify your CPU temp is to have speedfan running and then start a CPU intensive program like Orthos or Prime95. The one that jumps the most is your CPU temp.

Also make sure you have the newest version of speedfan.
