Mod Turns Doom 2 Into An Idle Game

A mod for Doom 2 is out that turns the classic first person shooter into an idle game. You watch a machine kill demons which gives you money that you can spend on upgraded weapons, or upgrading enemy types and spawn rate to get more money. If sitting, watching thousands of demons get blasted seems boring, there's actually a full story in the readme file.

I enjoy idle games from time to time to break up work. Sounds like it could be a laugh if you want to give it a try, an even bloodier version of Cookie Clicker.
