mobo problem

wasent sure what to search for in the fourms for this and I havenet heard of this before either but I have an MSI motherboard that is this and it has the D-Led thing for the back, I get weird green red and both in one colors and it keeps telling me that the memory is to tighten and to relax the settings, I replaced it and get in to windows just fine but running Prime95 seems to produce a high pitched osolating sound but only when I have it running, I think the mobo is going bad, any thoughts?
