Im not sure if this is memory or motherboard related yet but...

I have a LanParty NFII Ultra B and Corsair XMS 512 - 3200

I had one stick running fine for over a year and today got another stick to use the dual DDR feature. I put in the new stick and both power up like nothings wrong. But the system LED's say that there is a problem, "early program chipset register before POST" issue. Not sure what to do I pull the new stick and try again. Now the old stick wont power up aside from one yellow light then it goes blank. The system leds are all on (supposedly booting system) but it hasnt done anything yet. I try just the new stick...this stick wont power up period. Ive tried both sticks in every slot and nothing. I reset CMOS but im not sure what to do here.

Im not quite sure how to figure out if its the ram slots that went bad somehow or if the ram itself is wasted. I dont have any other system's that can handle the ram and no ram that will run in the LanParty board.

Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks

:::::Edit::::

after 15 min with all power off it just gave me the error "early program chipset register before POST" Again.
