Memory inventory on Newegg over the holidays

Hi all. Quick question about a trend I've seemed to notice on Newegg over the years but could never understand. Last couple of days, inventory of memory kits on Newegg seems to be disappearing as kits sell out. Where they're used to be maybe 120-145 different DDR4 kits from all brands available now there's between 45-55 from all brands now at the speed I'm looking at. Probably less a couple of days from today. So I wonder, is this an annual tradition on Newegg's part to delist all kinds of memory all the end of the year and then relist them after the New Year? I've always been curious about this so that's why I ask. Thanks in advance for your answers and advice. Out!
 
Don't know if this really answers your question, but Newegg does a complete inventory audit from after Xmas day to the middle/end of January.
