Media Center Vista Picture Library issues

I am having a problem with my Vista media center Picture library, It is some how finding and displaying the cover art for all of my My Movies entries and for all of my Music.
I have tried going into the settings>Library setup and removing them from watched folders list, but they are not even listed.
I have also tried changing them in regedit, because of something I found from google

But my values were already set to <<NULL>>

So I have no idea what to do.

If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.

I know I'm probably being completely retarded, but how exactly do I do that? select them all and delete? Is that going to delete the actual files or just remove them from WMP?
 
Yes, by default WMP will confirm whether you want to "delete from library" or also "delete from computer".
