Why is it that EA is THE ONLY gaming company I have problems with regarding games not running, etc?
I still like to play through Mass Effect 2 and I have 15 items for DLC. The EA client will download one file but not install it and then the DLC stops DLing all togeter. So EA gave me a direct link to my ME 2 DLC and I manually installed all 15 files but when I run ME2 it tells me it can't authorize the DLC and for me to sign in to the Cerberus Network (aka EA) but I'm already signed in ...
I spent 2 hours (combined time over two days) on the phone with EA but to no avail. EA techs are supposed to be techs in tech support but they sure aren't trained very well (including a supervisor I spoke with). Anyway ...
On my last phone call they assured me the 'specialist group' would send me an email but that was days ago and no email.
Anyone have this DLC problem or know some things I can try as a fix?
PS it also does this with ME3
Thanks for any input
shows this message even though I'm signed in to the Network
