Mass Effect PC Cheats don't work after patch?

Anyone else having trouble getting the console cheat commands like UnlockAchievement # working after the new patch? I just reinstalled ME to give it another run through with the new episode but there's no way I'm going to beat it twice again to unlock Insanity mode. The commands work temporarily but everything's reset once you reboot the game or log off.

Just have to go back and redo it like you did with the initial setup of the dev console.
