Maingear Drift Case Available Soon

It seems Maingear will now be selling their PC cases standalone.

What does everyone think of the Drift as a Steam Machine case? The specs seem to suggest SFX-L compatibility, but the back of the unit doesn't seem to have enough room for it.

Anyone find internal shots?

Isn't that just a rounded version of Silverstone RVZ01/ML07 with custom plastics? its still 14L case. And you're paying like $65 more than for the raven.

I'm guessing this means Silverstone will be releasing the FTZ01 soon. Also, god damn those prices Maingear is charging for case paintings.

Check with a reputable auto body/paint shop on what they will charge. I'm not sure $200 is out of line if they're really doing it like a premium car paint job with multi layers, etc.

The real question is how good of a paint job for that money, and not the amount of money itself.

automotive paint jobs are a pain in the ass. Even a good krylon rattle-can job is a lot of work.Although I wouldn't know about that, I can approach half-decent on a good day .

Looks to me like they ordered load of those cases from silverstone and noone is buying complete rigs due to the prices.
