madden 08 franchise glitch

anyone else experience this glitch? No matter what I do I can't seem to SIM past the first week of the preseason. Just gets stuck on a random game that wont SIM. Seems like its a pretty common glitch, i googled it and found plenty of complaints about it.

anyone else pissed off about a useless franchise mode?

Never happened to me. I think I did a total of 3 franchises, for 11seasons. I sold the game already though. What system is it on by the way? Mine was the 360.

What system are you playing it on and what season are you in?

One of the recent patches for the 360 version fixed a bug where the free agent pool was not being replenished. This eventually left team rosters for some computer teams without enough players to sim games.

im playing this on my 360. sim game, supersim, sim week, sim regular season....they all just point me back to the last game of the first week. apparently ive heard that i have to start all over and manually supersim every game, not sure if this is true tho.
