M4 256GB SSD SMART Value

I just got the m4 a few days, are the values for the re-allocated sector and re-allocated event count suppose to be this high?

The SMART data likely is being inaccurately reported. Have you tried another program?

It also displays the same thing in HDTune and CrystalMarkInfo.

Not sure if the numbers are bad or not... but since my M4 256GB is almost new here's a shot to compare. (have no idea why it's showing me hex values )

4,295,032,832 seems to be my number for non-4k aligned access

There is an option in crystaldiskinfo to switch to decimal.

hmm, looks like i should do an exchange. You have 0 for both reallocated sectors and reallocated events.

I personally would try a different port and cable and/or updating your controller's software.
