Interesting, I suppose we'll see 4K TVs with 4:4:4 @60Hz at bargain prices before long in the rest of the world.

The A399U has a bunch of discussion on a Korean page stating that it only does 4:2:0 @ 60hz.

Race to the bottom is in full effect, I think TV manufactures were hoping 4K would let them justify premium pricing for longer but some of these budget brands have really shaken things up.
