I've tested the speakers through the control center and all the speakers play a sound individually. I then tested them through Windows 7 sound panel and all the speakers play the sound individually. Now, the issue I'm having is when I it set to Stereo, PLII Movie, PLII Music, only FL plays; Stereo x2, RL plays; 6 channel direct, RR plays. The input is Direct. I purchased these speakers used, so I have no directions. How do I fix this?

protias, try hooking up just one cable at a time. I'm assuming your using the 3 audio cables to hook up 6 channel direct. There is a switch on the back of the control pod, see if that is switched to 6 channel.
When you hook up each cable individually, switch it to 2channel and test each. Your input on the control pod will have to be set to the correct input.
If that doesn't work. Call Logitech and see what they can do. I sent my control pod back to them, and received a brand new set of speakers. Plus I still have the old set.
