locked myself out of bios please help!

I was messing around with uefi and secure boot. I got it to work, but I can no longer get into the bios. If I do an advanced restart, I do have the uefi boot option, but all I get is a pause at a blank screen then boots to windows. Tried a cmos reset and also a full reset pulling the cmos battery. I also flashed the bios but no luck, still straight to windows. All that did was wipe my overclock. Please help. I cant even update windows now.

Specs for mobile users Gigabyte z170mx 6600k 1080ti

GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5?

On their site for that model under Utility I see something called "BIOS Setup." Says it needs App Center installed first. Not sure what it is but sounds maybe worth checking out.
