Just bought this little barebone system with Pentium N4200 (Apollo Lake)

http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_LIVA.aspx?DetailID=1729&LanID=0

with the goal to implement https://www.zabbix.com for system monitoring of my decentralized computing boxes. I had it in the past as virtual machine running for my folding systems (incl temperature etc). Now the next challenge will be to SSH-tunnel into my remote Ryzen and web server to look after key parameter like storage etc.

And having it on a low-energy dedicated box (together with my also low-power pfSense) I should have eventually better visibility of my landscape.

more to come ...

Interesting. I almost dismissed it out of hand, since I figured it was a paid product; but now see it's open source. (They do ask for the purchase of a support contract for commercial use) Some of my coworkers have experimented with Ganglia and similar programs... not sure if this was one of them. Might have to play with this too... if I ever find time... so will be interested to see how it works for you. :)
