That looks like a Powercolor badge near the bottom of the pack, either it was made special for them or it's a rebadge of some generally available pack, but I dont recognize it.
Mobile Edge makes some nice laptop backpacks with similar features to that Assassin one, though. I have a Select version that I ordered from Newegg (unfortunately looks like Newegg doesnt have it anymore; I think it was more like $45 from them), and I love it.
