Left Over Thermal Adhesive from Cooler after removal

ok, my cooler was stuck to my card via the adhesive stuff, i got it off with out a problem, but tehre is still a tiny bit left over on the card it self.. what would you reccoment to remove it??

i already tried getting it real cold and then trying to remove it, didnt work
 
How thick is it? I usually use pressure and rubbing alcohol but if it's really hard then you will have to scape it off with something.
 
ive managed to scrape it down to pretty much nothing, barley paperthin layer, im not to worried about it
