Leadtek or PNY 6800GT

So, I have an order in with CompUSA tomorrow for a PNY 6800GT which may or may not ship tomorrow, but a local shop has the Leadtek in stock right now.

I noticed that the Leadtek has a considerably different HSF. Are there any other differences between the two cards I should know about before potentially cancelling my order with CompUSA?

If it were me I would definately go for the Leadtek with that huge copper hsf if the price is not much higher..
