I have a dell M6800 with a Quadro K3100M chip. I am trying to get it to work with my DVI only X-Star DP2710LED.

I am using the dock with my laptop, which has two dual link DVI outs. When I plug in the monitor, it detects it and shows "DUAL-DVI" but I cannot select the box in Nvidia control panel. It just stays unchecked.
The laptop makes the detect sound when plugging and unplugging.

Under the EDID info, it shows "DUAL DVI" and "Displayport" as the signal.

The monitor just stays off/black like nothing is connected.

I know the ports on the Dell dock are Dual DVI, and surely the K3100M can support. What am I doing wrong?

I made the mistake of determining that the dvi's were dual link by looking at the female copper pins. Despite having the copper for it, the dock's ports are just single link DVI

I will need a displayport to dual link dvi adaptor. Has anyone used one successfully with a korean dvi monitor?
