I am going to purchase an Athlon 64 3200+, 1 MB L2 Cache and I am having trouble choosing which motherboard to buy.

Should I flip a coin? Or is one better than the other?
Or should I look at a different board altogether? Price is not a concern.

I am NOT going to be overclocking this system.

I have both. I upgraded specifically to OC.
IMO, the fis2r is more stable and less finicky about stuff.
