Is there a network monitoring program like Netgenius for Linux

Looking for something that can show how much bandwidth individual programs have used for a period of time. But also something simple. I saw some websites with recommendations, but a lot of them look very detailed, which is fine if that is what is available, but mostly just looking to track bandwidth usage by day/week/month.

You'd have to setup a fuller monitor, as these are not counters maintained normally in Linux. Even then, no warranties (that is, I don't know quite off the top of my head how I'd do this).
 
GUI is preferred. If it meets my needs, I’m willing to spend somewhere around $20-$40. Netgenius was great on Windows server, but not free, which is ok.
