Is the AOC Q2770PQU best for my needs?

I currently have a Dell U2311H and am looking to upgrade to a 27" 1440 display. Main usage will be general web browsing, productivity and gaming. I don't consider myself a hardcore gamer by any means so having the absolute fastest monitor isn't a requirement. I'm mainly looking for a happy medium between great color reproduction, input lag, and price.

Would the Q2770PQU be the best pick coming from a U2311H? I'll be pairing it with a GTX 970 for gaming.

The BenQ BL2710PT is usually recommended along with the AOC and it looks like this is $405 with a promo code on Newegg right now. Would this be a better choice?

Either the AOC or BenQ will do unless you want a glossy multi-input monitor or an over clock-able one. Always ignore Comixbooks.

I actually ran across your reviews while researching and is one of the reasons I chose the AOC. Since I'm not interested in a glossy or overclockable display I went ahead and placed the order for the BenQ given it was $405 at Newegg currently.
