IM notification of message

Instead of email notification, how hard would it be to get an IM notification of a new message to a subscribed thread. Also how do I view my subscribed threads.

IM notification would be a tricky hack to add.

To view your subscribed threads, go to User CP, and under "Subscribed Threads" click "List Subscriptions"

What I used to with the old forums that didn't have email notification was to put the URL for the subscribed threads in my favorites. That way when you come to the forums from that link, it would start with a list of the subscribed threads.

http://www.hardforum.com/subscription.php? is the new one.
