I need ideas for my bay door!

I want to remove the drive bay door but still use the LEDs that do HD and power.

Here is the case right now:

I can re-route the LED cables to that baybus I made. I am also dyeing the drive covers silver (or paint them, we will see).

Why don't you just drill some holes to the right of your floppy drive? That looks like a nice location for some LED's

Take out all the ugly crap from the middle of it and put in tinted glass with a nice applique of your choice with LEDs to match the inside case ones behind the door.


Paint or stealth the drives as well, it's easy and it will do wonders for the overall look of the case.

I've never seen dye come in silver, but silver spray paint is among the most forgiving, so just painting them shouldn't be a problem.
