Hunting for DWG viewer, no install

Title says it all. I'm looking for a free, lightweight CAD dwg viewer that doesn't require an install. I don't want InfranView with a share or trial ware plugin or anything similar. Does it exist? Oh, for Windows 7 Pro 64 bit too.

I was able to install it on my usb drive and view a dwg file (albeit it took a while to load) but I didn't try taking it to another computer to see if it truly was portable.

Thanks, I actually have had that 44MB file sitting on my computer for about 1.5 months now. It does do some type of installation but it is fairly simple. I was exploring all options before installing it.
