I will sell you a Radeon 6450 or 5450 for $18 shipped. Nothing wrong with it, just don't need it anymore.
Both are passive, no fans and have HDMI.

You can get one of those fanless Zotac GeForce 210s for like $10 on sale typically.

Get anything with an hdmi port. Cheaper and newer generation is the best for a htpc.
