HP MSA config help needed

Hopefully this is the right place. Wasn't sure if this would go under virtualized or networking.

I am trying to get these working.
Currently do not have serial cable.
HP MSA2000 (Works) and HP MSA2012a (Not working)

I think my main issue:
Controllers had previous config on them with static IP (unknown).

What I've done:
2 controller in MSA2000 were set to DHCP and allow the MSA to work. I have this one configured for raid 6.
I found I could possibly reconfigure the controllers by swapping out one of the controllers in the working one to reconfigure it. This worked when put in the MSA2000.

Once everything showed functional and 2 working controllers. I plugged into the MSA2012a, I am able to see the new IP appear on the network but am unable to ping or connect via web.

Working MSA start of MAC- 00:c0:ff:d8
Non-working MSA start of MAC- 00:c0:ff:d8
Both have valid IPs show in the DHCP table

Outside of the controller swap to reconfigure, I couldn't find much help searching the interwebz. Any help/tips/guidance is appreciated.
