HP DL 380 G3 post issues

Hey everyone,
I got a bizarre problem with an HP DL 380 G3 server. It was working perfectly well one day, it was shut off for a few days to be moved and now its suddenly not posting. Instead the front light turns orange showing something isn't right, ALL the memory warning lights are on constantly, and i get one long beep.

It does nothing else and I've never seen it documented anywhere. Tried resetting everything changing memory, you name it.

Anyone got any suggestions?

The dl 380 g3 had some bad batch of parts at one time....we've had a few clients have theirs do similar things, and we even had one do that just last winter. I believe they had a batch of bad VRMs get into production.

Symptoms we experienced....similar to yours...power down or even reboot..and it will sit at POST with pretty much no indications of anything. Power it off for a while...go to power it on again, and it will run great, reboot great....and then a few months later give you the same shit.

G3 vintage = outside of warranty...bummers.
