how to get DownThemAll! to default to open in a new tab instead of own window (pic)

I want DownThemAll! to open it's own tab when I download something. I want it to completely take over the downloads for firefox, but the thing that has always bugged me about it is it opens it's own window. I know about the trick where you can put chrome://dta/content/dta/manager.xul in the address bar and it will open a tab with DownThemAll!, but I want it to open here on default. Any ideas?
