how to edit a post

i dont see that anywhere

i know it should be right next the quote button


i see that it is nexted to this reply but not my 1st one above
 
The forums are still having some fine tuning going on behind the scenes, so bear with us. You will see some strange goings on for the next few days, but should be tweaked out real soon :cool:
 
I have only seen it on a post I made in reply to another post. A new thread cannot be edited yet.

Currently it's actually set with a time limit. If you make a reply, you'll still be able to edit it soon after the post, but if you wait 10-15 min, then you won't be able to edit the reply. I've seen this hack on quite a few vB boards out there ;)
 
The time limit on editing post has been removed. The time limit on changing your thread title remains at 10 minutes. This was to facilitate the guys in FS/Trade forum and for the frequent changes of the FAQ's. If you need a title change after the limit has passed, a mod will do the honors for you if need be. :)
