It looks like it will work on pretty much any Gigabyte AM2+ motherboard now that they have released the new Bios' for them. Just choose which one you have and check out the new Bios for your board or look up the CPU compatability page. I used the Windows based @Bios utility and it took me all of about 2 or 3 minutes to download the new Bios and flash it - both through the @Bios utility. http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_List.aspx?VenderType=AMD&CPUType=socket+am2%2b
