The code is the same as the one I received. You may have needed to receive the email to use it, though.

Yeh, I think they have it linked to just some accounts.

You may have to sign up for their e-blast deals. Or perhaps have purchased something recently. From the email:

I get their e-blast deals daily. Three times daily as I have three accounts with them. Plus a business account. Hmmm. I did not see this email today. And I buy way too much stuff from New Egg.

Few newegg coupons:
10% OFF All Desktop Memory: BTEKAKD27
$15 OFF Any AMD Six-Core Processor: BTEKAKD24

Those are from the same email. The codes won't work unless you got the email. It was tied to a product I bought last week.

I got the same e-mail as well. If anybody needs any memory, Thubans, or server boards, let me know.

This is around the lowest it gets, sometimes a couple of dollars less. Excellent PSU with great reviews. I believe these are made by Seasonic. Picked this up for myself, so I thought I share.

Corsair PSU's on sale at newegg

AX850 for $150.99
Good find, corsair is spot on with their rebates as well. While the current pricing for the CX430 is higher than historical deals, it is still a tremendous bargain for a solid psu. Jonnyguru gives it solid reviews and I have had one powering my folding htpc drawing 275w for the last 4 months without so much as a hiccup.

The AX850 is also an excellent deal at this price.

Thor doesn't accept SR-2 out of the box as it isn't HPTX compatible, you may be able to mod it though.

These new Rosewill CAPSTONE gold units look like a no brainier for folding. JonnyGURU reviewed the 750W and found it to work well so assuming the 450W and 550W are similar then you save $25-$40 a year on electricity using gold units instead of cheaper 80plus ones.

Apparently they are the same platform as the PSUs in this chinese review: http://www.itocp.com/htmls/48/n-1448-5.html
Google translate isn't working for me right now so I assume it is the lower efficiency unit.

cool. Sometimes manufacturers make their middle tier units more cheaply than their higher wattage units though, so I wouldnt assume the 450 and 500 are as great as the 750 appears to be. Rosewill hasn't earned that much credit. An interesting option though, nonetheless.

so assuming the 450W and 550W are similar
I would not make that assumption. They could be from different manufacturers, with lots of compromises made to fit the low price entry-level market niches.

There is no lower-efficiency unit in that graph. The green, red, and purple lines are 80Plus rating curves. The blue line is the test result.

Heh, I had the same problem, so I grabbed 2 more.
Now to find a 4p board for cheap.

I know, but I can dream, can't I?

I saw MicroCenter has AMD 8120 for $199.99 and 8150 for $259.99 ..
Don't know if it is any better than 6128 deal.
