Help, Please Help!!!

Hi all,
Somehow, I forgot to enable my firewall back after tried somethings, then someone used the remote acess to lock my IP address. So, i could not use internet. I did try to release and can not renew the IP. Please help me to fix it.

I think you're mistaken. This doesn't sound like someone decided to maliciously deny you internet access.

Are you simply unable to get an IP address from your provider? What is the output of ipconfig? Do you get an error message when you try to renew? Your question is very vague and you haven't provided any details that will help anyone solve the problem. Most of us are happy to help out, but you have to give us something to go on.
