I'm building myself a new box and I can't decide on a motherboard. I had one picked out but after reading some reviews it turns out it wasn't what I wanted it to be.

I'm not going to be doing any overclocking (no need to) so I'm not to worried about that. I'm going to be dropping a AMD X2 4400+ in the motherboard so it needs to support X2 CPUs. I'm also not going the SLI route so that is also out of the picture. I guess I post a list of the parts I've choosen so you guys can see what I'm in the market for, maybe you'll have some suggestions on them too.

Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
POWERCOLOR R43CA-GD3D Radeon X800GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail
OCZ ModStream OCZ52012U ATX, BTX, SATA, P4 and EPS12V 520W Power Supply - Retail
CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered System Memory Model TWINX2048-3200C2PRO - Retail
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Toledo 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Dual Core Processor Model ADA4400CDBOX - Retail

I was hoping maybe some of you with the same type of setup could give me some suggestions.

Asus A8N-E. Solid overclocker and great stability, with quality second to none.

Thanks for the quick reply, looks like a good motherboard, and a lot of people had great things to say about it. I've found myself a motherboard.

No problem. I've installed a few A8N-E's and they've always been top notch. Never a failure, and I've had very good OC results with them. Much better than it's SLI counterpart, that is until the A8N-SLI Premium was released.
