Help!! DDR400 on DFI Ultra-D

I have 2GB (4x512mb) of crucial ballistix ddr 400 ram and I can't get it to run stable. I have tried all the settings I can think of but it wont even run at stock speed and stock timings (200hz @ 2-2-2-6). The problem is there are so many settings on this DFI I'm sure one of them is messing it up. I have updated to the newest bios version.

Can anyone help me with DFI ram settings?
